The 2 stars are a gentleman's rating, and nothing more, because the experience was less than satisfactory. The first visit went well. The tech stephen who did the measurements and photographed the surface of the cornea did his job professionally. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Meeting with Dr. Blecher was also satisfactory despite his bedside manner. He tended toward few words concerning my treatment plan, and what was involved with cataract surgery. Tried calling this office twice but unfortunately calls go to automated message. After waiting for at least 7 minutes both times I decided to go elsewhere. You can have great doctors but if you can't set up an appointment then your useless...
Phone not answered after being on hold for 20 minutes. Hire enough people to answer the phone!!!!!
Professional courteous efficient. I was amazed at the entire experience from first appointment to to eye surgery. It is an experience of perfection.
