I’m relieved that Tagett’s family will now comprehend the immense pain that his negligence caused my father and our family. My father was an otherwise healthy, vital man of 69 years. Tagett’s lack of skill caused my father’s death. Later, when we met with Tagett for explanation as to why my father had past post-op, he did not even recognize my precious father’s name. Deal with that. We have not been able to.
