Patient Beware: Dr Spier seams to be a good Dr and when I met with him he did a good job assessing my situation and helping me HOWEVER.... that's not the issue. If you like working with Dr's that are easy to communicate with than this is NOT THE DOCTOR for you!! His admin horrible and has very poor communication skills. She's rude, arrogant and doesn't care! I am going out of the country in 48hrs and have a very simple question in regard to my prescriptions they he prescribed and the admin was forcing me to make an appointme... read more
This office is a total sham. They advertised a FREE consultation on 98 Rock. But when my husband scheduled an appointment for the free consultation, he was later billed $67.00. When he disputed the charge, he was billed an additional $16 in rebilling fees. To make matters worse, the practice manager - returned two payments with a letter that the check needed to be rewritten so, it would include the doctor's creditials (DPM)....and charged an additional rebilling fee. ‼️‼️‼️PLEASE ‼️‼️‼️steer clear of this practice.
Dr Mark Spier is both polite and professional. He made me feel at eased. He's easy to talk with. He didn't rush me through my appt . To rule out toe fungus he first suggested spending a sample of my toenail to the lab.. I'm glad that I choice him to be my doctor. Nice office and receptionist. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Spier.
