Since the orthotics in my shoes were old, I paid out of pocket for Dr. Spier to fit me with new orthotics. He did a bad job of it and had some orthotics made that gave me tremendous pain. After a run-around over several visits, he declared that he would not reimburse me for his bad work. "I can't afford that!" he said, as if I, a person who lives on disability, can afford to lose that money. Plus, my feet still hurt but now I have no money to remedy the problem. Avoid this doctor if you need orthotics.

My nail was nearly 100% black at the beginning of the treatment. Dr. Spier took a consistent and tenacious approach to eventually get my nail 100% clear and nearly all back to normal. In my severe case it did take some time (over a year) for the final results, but my nail looks so much better now.

I first came to your office about a year ago after hearing you on the radio. You were talking about the pinpointe laser and the results you were having with toenail fungus. I said to myself, "he is talking about my nails"! So I called and made an appointment. It was the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. Finally, my nails now look normal. It was the best money I ever spent. The treatments really work! Thank you Dr Spier. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I am grateful to Dr Spier and staff for guiding me thru the painless journey to clear toenails! I love my nice, new, clear nails! I waited 25 years to do something about this and was glad to hear about the pinpointe foot laser. After 9 months, I can enjoy wearing pretty sandals or go barefoot without embarrassment. I was treated in April of 2012 and in January 2013 I can honestly say they are 100% clear. and look amazing. If you are considering doing this, don't hesitate. It is well worth it!
