I have been a patient here for over 20 years, as well as my mother and my uncle who are long term patients here. Dr Evans was wonderful as well as his staff. However, when Dr evans retired this past year most of the staff changed. The new front desk receptionist was RUDE AND INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She scheduled my appointment on a different day than what I was told by her. At age 72 I have had lots of experiences with dentists. Cornerstone surpasses them all by a mile! These people consistently treat me with respect and care…yes, they actually care! This is the culture of Cornerstone and shines through every interaction with everyone there. I especially want to highlight Dr. Murchison. Dr. Murchison and her assistant Makenna were both absolutely wonderful! Made me feel comfortable and at ease with my procedure I was having done! I highly recommend this practice! Truly an amazing team! Gina at the front desk was awesome and made checking in and out a breeze! Hygienist Chyna was so gentle, very knowledgeable and informative! All around A+ from me!!
Prompt and professional
I didn’t have a regular dentist but experiencing some pain. Cornerstone was open on a snowy day and had an immediate opening for an emergency visit. I have major anxiety and everyone was so nice and helpful! Dr. Pate got x-rays and found the problem. It turned out that this location did not take my insurance- rather than to have me pay a lot out of pocket, they worked hard to find someone who can do a root canal soon and then follow up in one of their other offices that does take my insurance.
