The facility was nice with professional staff. Dr. Dirnberger was patient and explained everything to me so I could understand. He also allowed me to ask questions without rushing out the room to another patient. I would recommend.
My first visit and every one of the staff were great! Dr. Dirnberger listened to my problem and issues I had with previous treatments. He told me what was expected of me and what I could expect from him. He even told me what I could expect when filling my medication and told me I needed physical therapy and gave me other options to deal with my pain, NOT just prescriptions! He spent plenty of time with me and examined me thoroughly! Thank You Dr. Dirnberger!
Dr. Dirnberger is an exceptional doctor. I know this as I worked in the medical field for 45 years and he is by far the best! He explains anything you have questions about with care and expertise. I have been his patient for 8 years now and I know that whenever I need his advise he is always there for me. My whole family goes to him and we all love him!
Dr.D and his staff is Always pleasant. He explains things well and listens...Very professional.

If you are a veteran DO NOT go there. Jennifer the medical assistant is the most unprofessional and unapproachable members on their team. I have been trying to get them to help me make an appointment for five months and they refuse to lift a finger to contact TriWest to help. I was in so much pain I was literally begging his front office staff to help me and they flat out said, "No." DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A VETERAN. Honestly.
