Efficient. Didn’t wait. Doctor came right in.
Dr Dersch has been good to work with for both kidney stones and prostate cancer. He listens and is interested in what I want to do. He is the best urologist I have dealt with.
Have been seeing Dr. Dersch at Advanced Urology for over 15 years and am very happy with him and his practice. By the way, Tressa, the x-ray tech in Oxford is awesome.
A Doctor is only as good as his staff. I don't like wasting my time . But, this Doctor has twice failed to allow me to see him by not being in the office I made the appointment at. Then, you don't get call back even from the office manager. Overall , a terrible experince.
Dr. Dersch is thorough, and never seems rushed. He listens, and answers your questions. He gives you all the information you need, and helps you understand what is going on in your body. He also will give preventative information. His staff is amazing! Great Drs and staff. Brian and Janet were very attentive and friendly.
Visit went smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Dersch reviewed all test results with me and explained all content in simple and easy to understand language.
I am writing this review is to share my disappointment with the care and concerns that my husband William was given by Dr. Dersch and his nursing staff. In our most dire time of need Dr.Dersch was unresponsive to my telephone calls, or did not show up when he was most urgently needed. Making us feel like we were all alone with no support… not knowing what to do or to expect. For over ten years William suffered from prostate cancer.
