Very patient with me. Answered all of my questions and provided expert treatment.
Dr. Dersch while being very professional, as most doctors are, was outstanding in how he communicates with his patients. He not only takes time to explain issues and options, he has a conversation with you and listens. I’m very happy Dr. Dersch is my urologist.
Absolutely love Dr Dersch but unfortunately some of his staff, not all, continually mess up appointments or make it unbearably difficult to make appointments. His front line definitely needs a lot of improvement. Again not all staff are guilty of this but has happened way too often and repeatedly!!

Dr Dersch has been good to work with for both kidney stones and prostate cancer. He listens and is interested in what I want to do. He is the best urologist I have dealt with.
Have been seeing Dr. Dersch at Advanced Urology for over 15 years and am very happy with him and his practice. By the way, Tressa, the x-ray tech in Oxford is awesome.
A Doctor is only as good as his staff. I don't like wasting my time . But, this Doctor has twice failed to allow me to see him by not being in the office I made the appointment at. Then, you don't get call back even from the office manager. Overall , a terrible experince.
