Honestly the only decent thing about this place is that they do they glasses while there and you can pick up later. The doctor went against my wishes when I told him to go with WHAT HE KNOWS BEST and gave me a wrong prescription he told me that well I think it would be best for this one lenses but if you see better in here with the other you can have that one and I TOLD HIM NO but he said if they don’t work to contact them in 3 weeks and they will redo it for free. I called in with what turned out to be a minor issue, staff saw that I was scheduled to be seen later in July for my annual exam and worked me in to complete that as well. The Dr. & staff were awesome.
The last two times we've brought our kids here for their eye exams, it's like your appointment time is irrelevant to them. You can sit and wait for upwards of 2 hours without being seen
Did my wife's eye exam then made her glasses, doctor wrote down rong prescription. Now wants to charge her full price out of pocket because her insurance won't pay again to redo her exam and to remake her glasses. Doesn't really deserve the 1 star.
