Dr. Mark Madison is amongst the best available anywhere. I had the privilege of serving with him in the Air Force in 1990. He gave me a Maryland bridge that is still serving me well today. I was a young 19 year old kid that he showed kindness to. I was his dental assistant however he served me greater than I ever served him.
