Cataract surgery (both eyes)
He is a great doctor but you must call months ahead for routine appointments.
Dr. Mark Falls is terrifically, kind, patient, & very intelligent eye doctor. He cares for our entire family of 6.
Dr. Falls is a God! He did my cataract surgery in a matter of minutes and also fixed my astigmatism. I now see better than ever and have better than 20/20 vision. When I started to show signs of diabetic retinopathy, he immediately sent me to a great specialist, who reversed it. He is frank and honest and is not greedy. He has a mild, stable temperament and is pleasant.

Visit went smoothly. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Falls, genial and warm, is an excellent communicator. He even takes time for a bit of small talk which is charming and welcome.
First appt. was Jan. 6, 2017. It is now April 2, 2017 and still have not received prescription for contacts. I had to wait 3 weeks for results of first test AFTER I called. His staff said results were on his desk, but he had not gotten to them! They said that this was a commen compliant from patients. Had to wait another 3 weeks for result of test for glaucoma - which I have - to arrive by mail! No follow up contact from Dr. Falls personally. Would NOT recommend!!
Dr. Falls is the best Opthamologist. He truly cares patients as his own family. He is conservative when he comes to a decision on any surgery. I fully trust him.
