I recieved excellant service, care, and support from the initial scheduling of my appointment through the entire process related to my appointment. Dr Braunstein took the time to explain all my options, allowing me time to make the decision best for me. He did not push for surgery, instead explaining in detail all the options available ito me. He took more than the adequate amount of time with me. I did not feel rushed in any way. I felt confident in Dr Braunstein and his ability to care for me in the best way possible.
Dr Braunstein came in rushed, 1 hour behind schedule. He didn't give me enough time to describe my issues with hand disfigurement and lack of dexterity. Administered 5 steroid injections without my permission. Did not explain possible side effects and risks. Did not discuss options. Other staff did not introduce themselves.
Excellent, straight forward, offered choices of treating ailment. Would go back to him again.
He put a good amount of effort to get me help, was clear on the evaluation, when no one else wanted to help me he chose too.
