I had 2 visits with Dr Gerber. He has a warm personality and spinal surgery is his passion and he also enjoys his profession. Unfortunately he said my issues were not in his line of expertise. So he referred me to his colleague Dr Richard at the end of the month.his office help is kind and efficient
Not a problem with Dr. Gerber but with the staff. Underwent back surgery and was still in pain although I was told at the pre-surgical appointment, immediate recovery. Not so, so when I was told to call for followup MRI if I were still in pain, I called for 4 days and no one had the decency to call me back so consequently I did not get the MRI in time for my follow up appointment and as a result my insurance did not have enough time to approve it. Professional and gave me options, allowing me to choose what I was most comfortable with regarding a herniated disc. Highly recommend
I am a past and current patient; he performed my spinal surgery 14 months ago. I am very pleased and would recommend him without hesitation.
I have now had two surgeries with Dr. Gerber, and I do like him a lot. He has a wonderful, calm, patient manner and waits for you to decide that surgery is finally necessary. He does not force that issue at all. I often have to sit in the waiting room a long time for my appointment, which I do not like, and interacting with him outside the office is just about impossible. Dr. Gerber performed surgery to repair my husband’s crushed vertebrae. Surgery went exceptionally well and he recovered quickly. He has had no residual issues with his back.
