I have went to Mark my whole life. My parents went to him and so did my dads dad. I have even took my kids to see him there whole life. But I've had multiple issues with his staff over the years and today was the last straw. I called for an appointment to get an eye exam and I asked just to se if they happened to have an opening for Tuesday as I had it off from work and the response was the Dr is out if the office this week I advise you to find a different eye dr or go to the ER.
