Great doctor, worst front desk staff I’ve ever seen. They don’t answer the phone and don’t call back. The final straw was when my husband and I tested positive for Covid for the first time and called and asked for advice, possibly help (Paxlovid? We’re in our 70s and 80s) and no one called back. Last week, I was trying to call to cancel this week’s appointments, since we’ve found other doctors, but not only was there no answer for Wednesday and Thursday, but their voicemail was full. Terrible!
Mark testa is a really good doctor, but the African lady that work in the front desk is really rude and I tried to call so many time and nobody pick up
This is RIDICULOUS!! He's not my doctor but my sister's.She has called his office from 1/29 till today (2/6) NO ONE HAS RETURNED HER CALL... SERIOUSLY Doc think you need different staff.. Boy I miss the old caring doctor's like Dr. Leone and Dr. Wasnieski they were caring, loving and passionate doctor. may they Rest in Peace
