Dr. Severtson is thorough and explains any options that are available to improve my hearing. I appreciate his expertise.
The staff and doctor are great but having to wait 1 hr to 1-1/2 hrs to see the doctor every time says they overbooked but I know he is very, very good, just wish we didn't have to wait so long every time
