The reception really don't do there job on the phone. You can tell they pick up and put you on hold. Unfortunately this is the closed one to my house and the Doctor is great his reception are the worst. It will take you all day to try to book an appointment or to talk to anyone. You have to keep calling.
This doctors office really care about their patients and know how to treat everything. I’ve been going there for several years and I strongly recommend these doctors and their staff.

I read the reviews and had to chime in. I've been a patient for many years and my last 2 visits I didn't see Dr. Perez but was introduced to Dr. Suarez, who was very thoughtful and listened thoroughly. I assume Dr. Perez is phasing out for retirement and it's well deserved, though my sister and I will miss him. The office staff is almost Bi-polar in friendliness but we have always been well treated, they are hard working and yes sometimes directions get lost in the mix, my MRI referral had to be reminded from my last appoint... read more
