Very frustrating experience with the staff and overall patient care. I’ve repeatedly had difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone, and there have been multiple occasions where I’ve been left waiting for long periods of time (common wait time over 30 minutes) or the call has simply been hung up on. Far from great, this practice is the worst ever. I went there as a new patient, and I sat there in the waiting area to be called back for over an hour & half. Then, when I finally seen the nurse practitioner she quickly zoom through my visit. Then called in some my RX's while other they never called in. No refills to follow. They call my Rx into 2 different places. They pick up the phone at the office when u call in and put u on hold and never come back to the phone. They left me on hold and left the office for the day. 1st off Dr. Perez is GREAT! But same as all the reviews, its a struggle to communicate with staff to get medications refilled or prescriptions corrected, or renewed. Ive been calling, leaving messages and still Im going days without insulin, lisinopril, and a glucose sensors.

This my doctor and he and his staff do a great job period . Hell I am still here ,so they must be doing something right.
