My appointment was an initial visit, the nurse did not complete full vitals, she acted as if she were on a time limit, and communication was horrible, tried to voice concerns and complaints to Dr. Milburn, but he was closed ears to my concerns, utilize an otoscope to my throat and ears and stated he did not see any issues which previously landed me in the hospital. Went extremely well. Dr. Milburn found the problem of multiple nosebleeds for over 6 months in minutes and he took care of the problem quickly. Forever grateful. I will certainly recommend Dr. Milburn anyone needing his services. Very patient and understanding. He didn't assume he knew what was wrong , but went looking for the problem. A big thank you to Dr. Fetterman's nurse assistant for recommending him.
Dr Milburn is excellent and his staff is excellent. I would highly recommend him. He makes you feel confident during your appointment and before and after surgery that you will get the results you came to him for.

This doctor was going to give me a second biopsy, then asked if I wanted the West Clinic doc to do it. The clinic has yet to call me to inform if they use Baptist Hospital. Therefore, Dr. Millburn office said that they will do it as Dr. Millburn originally said. I called them today. My call was not returned.
Wait time is extremely long- greater than 40 min then to have a 15 min office visit. He is an excellent physician if you can get over the wait time.
Dr. Milburn has treated me and my family for several decades. He is skilled, always progressing in his practice of otolaryngology. He has performed delicate surgery on me 3 times, and I attribute my excellent outcomes to his meticulous care. Recommend him - 5 stars
I LOVE Dr. Milburn! He takes the time to address all of your questions and concerns. He is very knowledgable, professional and does not rush through the office encounter
My father had had a severe nose bleed for 15 hours and another hospital sent him to Baptist because Dr. Milburn was on call. Dr. Milburn refused to come in and see him. He was sent home with a packed nose and blood backing up down his throat and coming out the other nostril. He was unable to rest and the bleeding eventually slowed down after 24 hours. He threw up blood all night. I would not recommend him, he obviously had better things to do than to come to the hospital,
