I was referred to Dr Mark Kwartowitz by my PCP regarding a problem with my elbow. According to my insurance provider Dr Kwartowitz is in-network and accepts my insurance plan. However, when I called the West Bloomfield office to schedule an appointment and explained that my health insurance was purchased through the HealthCare.gov marketplace because I am self-employed, I was told they do not accept my insurance and have not accepted it for at least a couple of years. All a failed knee operation from another doctor I saw Dr. Kwartowitz. 5 months later I was hiking up Devil Bridge in AZ. 5 years no problems none expected. Great doctor.
Dr. Kwartowitz did my hip replacement in 2018. Still going strong. I’ll sing his praises forever. The office staff is wonderful. PA, Dr. Jenny, is superb. PT staff is awesome. I still go back to PT from time-to-time as a refresher. They’ve even seen my elderly mother and she is in awe of them. I’d highly recommend these professionals to anyone suffering from bone, joint, ligament pain. They get 10 out of 10 in my rating!
They canceled my husband's appointment the day of!! Didnt even bother to call or reschedule!! He had to wait two weeks for this appointment. What a joke.
