I love Dr Greenfield! He fixed my frozen shoulder and was an awesome doc! I would joke and kidd around w/him and ask how his weekend was, just to "break the ice" between doctor/patient, and I think because of this, we developed a great patient/doc repoire (spell?). He was good to me and also to my Mother who brought me to my outpatient surgery. I hope I never have another injury again, but if I do, I know Im in good hands.
It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. He answered all my questions and was took time to explain to me how everything worked. Their staff is the most welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, it really improved the whole expirence. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
Dr Greenfield really takes time to explain everything and made sure I understood what it was he was saying. Although I had been to two other orthopedic docs and realized the options were limited I did not want to just be put on pain meds I actually wanted to understand my knee condition and explore long term options. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. I had a sore shoulder. He diagnosed my injury and treated me. I am able to work out again, with minimal pain. I highly recommend Dr Greenfield. He is honest, sincere, caring, and most important, he LISTENED to me! Great office, they represent him well.
