Diagnosed me with a sprained knee after a 30second knee exam. Went to a different doctor and now I have a surgery scheduled to replace a completely torn ACL and a deeply torn meniscus.
Extremely helfpul and compassionate people! Very well trained personnel, easy access to care at no cost! Supportive and understanding health care professionals that provide care to people in need.
Would not know their ass from a hole in the ground. Went in with the wife, informed them that they should bill a different insurance as she changed insurance. We also informed them that they should send prescriptions to another pharmacy as with the insurance change it would need to go to another pharmacy. So here I sit with the billing where they billed the wrong insurer. Called them, guess what they need, a copy of the ID card that we have now given to them 5 times.
