They really don’t know what they’re doing. It looks like they just hire family members to get as many patients as possible. You rarely see an actual doctor. I’ll be reporting the practice and recommending investigation.
They charged me for just calling to let me know my blood results were good. It was only a 1 minute phone call and they decided to send me a bill for over $100. They also sent my samples to an out of network provider, another costing me another $300. In short, my visit for an annual physical cost me $400. Keep in mind this is after my corporate insurance paid a hefty portion of the bills they were sending.
