My daughter has been a patient there for the past 8 years (since birth) and they are like an extended family to her. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are patient with my never ending questions and never rush us. They respond quickly when there is an issue and will schedule a telemedicine at very short notice. Lack of Care Front office staff seems to lack knowledge with a high rate of turn over. Over an 8 year span there has been approximately 15 different people which made it extremely difficult to develop relationships and forced me to question the stability of the practice and those running it. My Insurance was also billed incorrectly several times which I found extremely immoral
I had a fantastic experience with Dr Tabibzadeh. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, making my child feel at ease. The clinic is child-friendly, and the staff is both efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this group for top-notch pediatric care!
This has been my daughter's doctors since she was 2 days old. She is now 13! Both Dr. Aliprandis and Dr. Marjan communicate effectively and thoroughly with the parents, and my daughter built a connection and relationship with her doctor. They were recommended to me by a friend and I recommend them highly to you.
Drs Tabibzadeh and Aliprandis and the entire office staff and management are truly awesome. They are kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. My children have been patients of Dr Tabibzadeh and Dr Aliprandis since they were born. They are not local to me but are absolutely worth the trip!! They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are both accessible at all hours of the day and night and I never hesitate to reach out to them before deciding to go to the hospital or urgent care outside of office hours. They are absolutely amazing. All of my 3 children had been with them since birth!
The doctor's are great, but the office management leaves a lot to be desired. The nursing turnover is high, so each time it is a new nurse still learning. We typically wait over an hour to be seen and have never been in and out in under 2 hours. Most disappointing is the office cleanliness. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The exam room floor had clumps of hair and crumbs on it. This is especially concerning now when sanitation is even more important.
