We visited Dr. Malek at the Woodstock Dentistry for Children location for our son's first dental visit. During her exam, Dr. Marjan Malek told us our son had 4–5 cavities and enlarged tonsils, then pushed a sedation consent form in front of me, insisting he needed to be put under anesthesia. Thankfully, I refused to sign and sought confirmation.
