She has gotten my sugars to the best place they have been in years and her staff was so helpful in getting me my medications when the insurance company wouldn’t cover them.
She always takes time to discuss issues - doesn't rush you out the door. I've always found staff very pleasant.
I like her, she gets to the point and she doesn't mine if you have questions she answers everything you ask and is not ever on a rush, I guess it just depends how many sick people go at the same time. I have called for appointment and they always ask if its an emergency or not because she will see you without an appointment if you wait. Her staff is great, they do their job, which is what counts, they dont really have to past a popularity test, thumbs up for Dr. Gonzalez, I highly recommend her.
I just changed doctors to dr Gonzalez because she was recommended by a friend of mine and she spent time explaining my labs and my diabetes. I learned more in that visit then I have in the 10 years I have had diabetes and for the first time in 10 years I have my diabetes controlled.Her staff even got me an appointment with a specialist the very next day and fought with my insurance to get one of my diabetes medications and gave me samples to use until I got the prescription approved.
My review was deleted so I am reposting it. Awful experience. Had a 2:00 appointment and when we got there the waiting room was full so we asked the staff if they were running behind and how long it might take. They literally just shrugged their shoulders. We waited an hour during which NOT ONE of the people in the full waiting room was seen. When we asked again what was going on they blamed the delay on a computer problem. They could have told us this the first time we asked of it were true!
Long wait, very unpleasant experience. The staff has no respect for patients and the doctor must not either to hire those unhappy people. Funny how the good reviews here have no details - I wonder where they came from!
