I’ve been seeing Dr. Dan Williams for over 13 years, and he is truly the only doctor I trust with my care. He always takes the time to listen, gives excellent medical advice, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is also amazing—always helpful, kind, and supportive. Please don’t let a few negative reviews fool you. Take it from someone who has been with this practice for many years—Dr. Williams and his team are exceptional!
Worst Dr’s office. The office staff is rude, they don’t care about your health. Daniel Williams has no clue what he’s doing, just sits there looking at his computer the whole time. Barely speaks, they have taken forever to get anything done. I have been waiting 7 months for a health device. Do not go here!
I have been a patient of Dr. Erlanger for over 20 years. He and his nurse, Nicole have given me excellent care as well as my elderly family members. I always went to the Mt. Lebanon office. Eventually there was a shift after Covid. It became necessary to find where my PCP was. After moving to Bridgeville I continued to follow him. What I found was a total difference in trying to get in touch with the office. There was and still are office workers who do not give the same service as there was in the past. Good doctors. People answering the phones are awful. They're clueless half the time. I tried to reschedule a routine physical and the secretary informed me I was rescheduling an appointment after a discharge and transferred me to a nurse. I had not been discharged from anything. I had to call back, she was rude to me and then she rescheduled my appointment.
