I have been a patient of Dr. Erlanger for over 20 years. He and his nurse, Nicole have given me excellent care as well as my elderly family members. I always went to the Mt. Lebanon office. Eventually there was a shift after Covid. It became necessary to find where my PCP was. After moving to Bridgeville I continued to follow him. Good doctors. People answering the phones are awful. They're clueless half the time. I tried to reschedule a routine physical and the secretary informed me I was rescheduling an appointment after a discharge and transferred me to a nurse. I had not been discharged from anything. I had to call back, she was rude to me and then she rescheduled my appointment.
Good doctors. People answering the phones are awful. They're clueless half the time. I tried to reschedule a routine physical and the secretary informed me I was rescheduling an appointment after a discharge and transferred me to a nurse. I had not been discharged from anything. I had to call back, she was rude to me and then she rescheduled my appointment.
If you care about your health stay far away from this place. The doctors here are terrible. The waiting room is the size of a closet and you be sitting there long after your appointment was scheduled.
