I went to Dr. Zorn for PDL procedures multiple times and every single time I was waiting for hours past the set appointment time. One of my appointments was also abruptly cancelled and I did not receive an offer to have it rescheduled by her office. It is a serious shame that she is the only surgeon in the city that does these procedures because it is TERRIBLE service and incredibly unprofessional!!!! I had breast reduction surgery on March 17th and I was very scared and anxious . Mrs.Marietta Zorn made me feel so comfortable and I 100% love the results . Would definitely recommend.
