Met Dr Zorn in 2004 and have had multiple surgeries (one she spotted and saved me from more serious cancer spread that I was unaware of) most recent surgery was in 2025, fantastic doctor, cares, discusses and patiently explains options etc. Great experiences for me and my wife, but yes you must be prepared for long waits for the appointment.

Dr. Marietta saw my 4-year-old daughter today after a referral from SickKids, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She was absolutely wonderful -she spoke directly to my daughter, included her in every discussion, and made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. We were also able to book treatment within the next six months, which is incredible considering how long this journey has been. I went to Dr. Zorn for PDL procedures multiple times and every single time I was waiting for hours past the set appointment time. One of my appointments was also abruptly cancelled and I did not receive an offer to have it rescheduled by her office. It is a serious shame that she is the only surgeon in the city that does these procedures because it is TERRIBLE service and incredibly unprofessional!!!!
