Dr. Moore and her staff never answer the voicemails. I have left 4 messages on several different occasions, and never get a response. Even if you contact a person, they take a message, which no one returns. At least they are consistent. I don't know if they are inept, or have too many patients to be bothered by silly requests, such as prescription refills and appointment requests. Bravo Dr. Moore and staff for doing a less than adequate job! So would I recommend this doctor? Not at all.
