I absolutely loved Dr. Moore. She is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and has a very warm bedside manner. I booked an appointment last minute on a Friday, as a new patient, and the staff were able to put me on the calendar for the following Monday. Almost unheard of with any other practice, they're generally booked out at least two weeks. The staff is very rude! From the receptionist that doesn't know how to operate a fax machine. To the nurses who lie and create false documents. The office manager is way too young to know anything of what is her job title!!! She threatens people of color and chases them out of the office!!! Dr Moore made me feel very comfortable the way she looked at me without my clothes on. That was for a simple ear infection. Why she made me dis robe for an ear infection is beyond me!!! For the love of God this Dr should be closer down!!!

Dr. Moore has been my doctor for 20 years. I worked as a pharmacist in a hospital in Michigan before moving to Texas. Dr. Moore was recommended to me right away. She has always helped me with my complaints in a friendly, timely and educated manner. I love her.
Dr. Moore has been my doctor for 8 years. She always takes time to listen, and is a caring person.
My family has been going to Dr. Moore for about 20 years, I have some pretty severe health issues, I've never had any complaints concerning her, scheduling appts. or her staff, I love this doctor. I have now moved to Katy, with all of the physicians in the Houston area, I STILL drive to Conroe to see her. She is personable, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is personable yet professional and always respond to messages or special requests. They're a great team!
She is completely devoid of bedside manner and her staff is incredibly rude. Do not go to her if you are looking for a compassionate doctor, or someone who will make you feel like a person rather than just another body walking through the door.
Dr. Moore is very considerate. She explains plan of treatment in a way in which non-professionals can understand.
This was my first visit today. Dr Moore really listened, answered all questions and is really down to earth. I am a R.N. and really picky. Glad I found her! ! They were in a new temporary space today so I think that held things up a bit.
