검안의 마리안 김은 거만하고 아주 불친절 합니다. 같은 건물에 가족이 같이 하는 안경점은 20년전에도 불친절하기로 유명했는데, 집근처라 어쩔수 없이 간 경험이 너무 불쾌하고 내돈주고 안좋은 경험했습니다. 다시는 안갑니다. Optometrist Marian Kim is condescending and extremely unfriendly. It was a very unpleasant visit, and I will not be returning. The family-run optical shop in the same building has had a reputation for poor service for over 20 years. I went because it’s close to my home, but the experience was very disappointing. I paid out of pocket and regretted it. I won’t be going back.

이 병원에서 매우 실망스러운 경험을 했습니다. 10월 27일 정기검진 안내 전화를 받고, 11월 23일 예약하여 방문했습니다. 대기 중 접수 직원이 보험을 처리해주겠다고 하여 정보를 제공했지만, 확인이 되지 않는다며 서류를 건네주고 직접 제출하라고 했습니다. 진료를 받고 집에 돌아온 후 확인해보니 아직 정기검진 기간(2년)에서 6일이 남아 있어 보험이 적용되지 않았습니다. 눈에 문제가 있는 것도 아니었는데, $160을 쓸 수밖에 없었습니다. 해결 방법을 문의했으나, 직원은 자신들은 리마인드만 한 것이며 책임이 없다고 했습니다. 물론 저도 일부 책임이 있음을 이해하지만, 진료 전에 간단히 보험 조회만 했어도 예방할 수 있었습니다. 대화 과정에서 직원은 언성을 높였고 사과 한마디 없었으며, “이 정도 설명해주는 것만으로도 예의 지키는 것이다”라는 식으로 말해 매우 불쾌했습니다. 결국 직원이 먼저 소리를 지르며 전화를 끊었습니다. 전반적으로 직원의 의사소통과 서비스 수준이 매우 부족했고, 최악의 경험이었습니다. 클리닉은 CS 교육을 실시하고... read more

I had a retinal tear about three weeks ago and went to see Dr. Kim. She quickly and accurately diagnosed my condition and promptly referred me to a specialist for laser surgery. I was able to have the procedure the very next day, and I had my follow-up appointment yesterday. Dr. Kim is both kind and highly professional. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Kim performed by routine eye exam and I was very pleased with the great overall experience, the reception, the checking in and the check up itself. Dr. Kim offered very clear and simple explanation of the eye scans and everything she observed through the eye examination. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was very friendly.
