Dr. Bucca is such an amazing Doctor, I can’t say enough great things about her and her staff. She’s so knowledgeable, patient and caring, and her bed side manner is wonderful! She takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. She’s educated myself and my children with every visit and always has my children smiling even when they’re not feeling well. Absolutely love Dr. Bucca. However, I’m rating a 1 because the front desk people are very rude every time I call, as if I were bothering them. I went one day when my daughter was sick and after she was seen, I went to the front desk to ask when her annual checkup was and the female at the front desk was on her cellphone. She made me wait until she was done with her personal phone call to answer my question. Very unprofessional.

Dr Bucca is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. I am always able to get an appointment for same day when my kids are sick

Wow…I called the office to find out some information, introduced myself and the woman on the phone said with an attitude “who am I actually speaking to?!!” Wow…some customer service. Will not be going to this doctor. Just wow!
