I have to give a shout-out to my girl, Dr. Maria Salas. She is a gifted chiropractor in Redding! Two months ago I walked into her office with unbelievable back and neck pain. Everything I did hurt. I had debilitating pain in my low to mid back, my shoulders and neck. You could see by looking at me that I wasn't right. Lol. It was hard to get out of bed, lift a leg, do yoga... Just everything.
