Dr. Tanke is very kind, he takes his time to explain any questions one might have, he is very professional and smart.
Quick and efficient. Very personable and funny. Good sense of humor makes the appointment fun. Convenient he is attached to eye glass store. Staff are great!
He spent so much time with me. Explained my condition to the T. He was patient and I’m not fond of physician’s office visits. I felt I was in great hands. Lastly, Lisa his tech was beyond amazing. She made a stressful situation manageable. Can’t say enough about this practice.
Very knowledgeable and very personable. Excellent exam. Explained all of my eye problems in plain English and explained all the new diagnostic equipment and recommended me to a good surgeon for my Cataract problem. Very thorough re my glaucoma problem.
He diagnosed conjunctivitis in one eye. They set up appt. with ophthalmologist, assuring me that that practice accepted my insurance co.. Wasted time going to appt, to find out otherwise. Left because I couldn't afford it... Notified Dr. Prince's office of error, seeking another referral, as I still needed medical attention. They just blew me off, by not responding to my voicemails, I was civil in all of my conduct, they just didn't want to be bothered, because their money trail had ended. Very unprofessional. Dr. Graniero is a terrific optometrist, who several years ago helped spot cataracts in the my eyes that required surgery. The surgery was the best thing I ever did for my eyes! He maintains very current equipment for use in eye exams and his table-side manner is second to none!!
