I love Dr. Berdayes. She is the only PCP I've had who TRULY listens to my issues with complete empathy and without judgment. She takes a long time to get an initial appointment with, but it's worth the wait. She's hard to get into because her patients adore her.
She had me have some testing done before my first appointment. I found this to be very helpful. When I went in, she knew what my problems were. She was very personal.

Absolutely love her she makes you feel like family and that she really cares for you and that is hard to come by ! She tells you like it is in a very kind way if it is something you want to hear or not . All around a amazing doctor/person

hard to get apt. I have waited over a month. You pay money to see her PA's. She made me wait over an hour in a rm before coming in. bills 25$ if you leave a vm after hrs. I was late 1 time for apt. and she canceled my apt and said she wouldn't see me, only her PA. would see me?? and I am a patient for over 2 years. She is not thorough, rushes me out the room, and has cursed while explaining procedures, very offensive. She rarely made me feel imp. last week was my last apt. never going back.

After Harvey, our doctor that we had for many years decided to move to Austin. Fortunately, we were able to find Dr. Berdayes and she has been a God-send. She takes very good care of my wife and me. When we see her the wait is short compared to other doctors and when she comes into the room, we have her undivided attention. She is very thorough in her examinations and treatment. My wife and I recommend her extremely highly.

I never got to see Dr Berdayes ever! I always saw a P A even though Berdayes was listed as my doctor. I wouldn't even know her if I saw her in the hallway.
