Horrible doctor!!!! Does not do well with kids. Took my 6 yr old daughter for a regular eye exam and she was not patient with her and had a rude attitude. Did not want to dilate her eyes but the doctor with a nasty attitude said if she doesnt dilate her eyes she cannot write a prescription. Doctor is bad educated especially with manners, needs to work on how she treats and talks to people especially little kids. I do not recommend this doctor and suggest you take your chances with someone else. Good Luck!
I never go home to write a review, but I felt I had to! I took my two daughters with her today eye vision checkups. She was attentive, professional, and took her time to explain not only the diagnosis and treatment options. I am really happy to have found her! Thank you Dr!
Dr. Fernández treated our daughter and eventually operated on both her eyes. During each visit she was very patient, thorough and attentive. She has extensive training with a wealth of first hand research. Our daughter had successful surgery and subsequent follow up visits with no issue.
Doctor is great, some of the staff could have been more kind. A few of them were very business like and not warm. The wait time was a little longer than I’d like, but that’s common in every doctors office.
My 10 month baby was referred to this office for eye alignment surgery. The staff and facility are great but I gave it two stars because although Dr. Maria Cristina Fernandez was very nice, i often times felt rushed. In addition, I was not happy with the outcome of the surgery and when I expressed that to her, she didn't offer any treatment alternatives, she just said to follow up in 3 months.
