The staff is not trained. Dr. Berlari doesn't see the patients she has a NP for a multitude of patients. I asked to see and I was told she's not currently seeing patients. I started lab testing in April in order to obtain clearance for a medical procedure., The staff, including the NP dragged their feet so long I now have to redo all of my labs and EKG. They made no attempt to reach out to the facility that did the x-rays and when faxed to them multiple times they could not find. I fired them!
Very caring doc! Super nice staff, very friendly and clean office. very satisfied with care.!
Horrible place! I went in just for my blood pressure and my appointment was scheduled for 8 am. The nurse arrived there at 8:30am. The nurse did not see me until 1 hour and 30 minutes later because I reminded her! Before she called me in, I asked her why they were taking long and she said she would remind the nurse about me! EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.
