The staff was very friendly. I love this office.
I have been a patient of Dr Maria Gonzalez/Berlari's, since before she opened up her own practice on Campbell (5 or 6 yrs). She has always been very attentive to my concerns and needs. She has had her staff assist with very important paperwork that I needed filled out and returned asap. She's human, has a family like most people, don't have anything negative to say about her. Has her staff following up, when she know it's time for an office visit. Thank you for your Services.
This was the worse experience I have ever had. Waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another hour and a half in the room. When I asked about how soon I will be seen and they just said this was the typical wait time so I should just wait. Then when she finally came in the room she was very rude and disrespectful, and was only in there for 5 minutes. I will not be going back to this doctor. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Dr. González Berlari is the best in every single aspect of her practice. She cares about her patients, listens to them and makes sure she follows up with them to find out if the treatment worked. She will never hesitate to find an alternate plan if money is the issue for a patient. She always makes sure my meds are filled on time and she personally calls whenever I need her. I would openly recommend her to my friends or family members.
Dr. Maria is very compassionate and has time to listen to you. Love going there. I have been her patient for more than 6 years.
