I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They all seem to get along great. They are so friendly and helpful. It made me want to come back that much more. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. There have been power outages due to recent storms that have made some things out of their control. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I would like to inform anyone who reads this that Dr. Bernardez is a wonder! She is amazing! We happened upon her by chance after an insurance change. We signed up with Dr. Latonero's office and when we made our first appointment were asked if we would venture to see the new pediatrician. I said a 'hesitant' yes. And were we ever lucky and pleased!
