Love coming here for my examinations. Everyone was soo helpfull. Definitely will recommend coming here for your eye examinations
The worts they don’t respect the appointments , today I spend more than an hour and the staff allowed a patient that was after me to see the doctor it was so disrespectful
Absolutely worst client service ever. They have no idea how to run a medical office or properly schedule patients. My mother showed up for her 11AM appointment 10 minutes early. They were running behind with the previous patient and while she was waiting for her turn, their 11:30AM patient shows up. As they’re both waiting, it’s now nearly 12PM the first patient leaves the single dusty antiquated exam room in the back. I had an eye emergency over the weekend and was looking for an office to take me ASAP. Mariesel was so patient with me and answered all my questions. I couldn't book an appointment right away because I had to call my insurance but she made sure to call me back when she said she would and scheduled me! Great front service staff :)
