Big gap in communication, I specifically said upon making appointment that I wanted to restart my son on adhd med, after a 2 hour visit I then was told the practice don’t order adhd, instead I was referred out and told if I bring back the prescription they could then refill as needed.this practice call themselves a family practice but it’s clearly for geriatric patients who don’t leave reviews. My first appointment, and the doctor was supposed to send the prescription to my pharmacy, she never sent it, I called the office, 2 different numbers, they didn't answer, I left voice messages and they didn't return my call, terrible service, including racism and discrimination

Have to wait forever. Does not return calls. Dr. Is good, but poor staff and not considerate of patient.

I love this office, but lately there is no one picking up the phone you leave a message no one calls you back to let you know if they can help you in any way. I called like 2 weeks ago about chest congestion and a lot of mucosa I wanted to ask if I can get a prescription for antibiotics bc I know I have an infection In my chest with some wheezing and difficulty breathing.
