Dr. Ramos truly delivers the "spa" experience that her website promises! She far exceeded my expectations of what going to a periodontist would be like! I thanked my general dentist for referring me to her. After 2 successful gum graphs and 1 implant, I could not be more impressed with the high quality and extraordinary care of her friendly staff and absolutely immaculate office. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ramos is fantastic! You can't get a better better dental experience anywhere else in the south bay! I had previously received treatment with another dentist who did such a poor job that I had to reconsider my options despite having lost a lot of money. What took a painstaking 2 years of repeated visits and difficult treatment procedures, Dr. Ramos remedied in only 3 weeks! Dr. Ramos gave me a detailed explanation of my procedure and everything went as planned. I really felt I was in competent hands. Great follow- up too. Since then, I've brought my whole family in, including parents from overseas.
In my 3 years of coming into her office, Dr. Ramos has always given me a wonderful experience. Not only is her office well-kept, comfortable, and easy to get to with its own parking and building, but her staff is extremely educated and friendly, providing me with a true "spa perio" experience just as her website says. What's great is that for any perio treatment you do, your first consultation is accredited towards your treatment costs! Come in to Dr. Ramos's office and you won't want to go anywhere else.
The first time I walked into Dr. Ramos Manhattan Beach office, I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake by the receptionist. I was introduced to the staff and offered tea or water. I was seated in a message chair and a relaxing video was playing on the screen just about my head. I felt like I was in a spa rather than a dental office. Dr. Ramos is a dream come true. She and her staff really cares for each and every patient. I should know, I am a retired dental hygienist and I have worked for 30 years in different offices. No results after 1 year of treatmenrs. A better periodontist in the area fixed my problem in 1 week. Dr. Ramos milked as much money out of me as she could.
Very friendly staff; flat screen TVs in all rooms, headphones available; great doctor.
