Scheduling was several months out which is common in this area. The staff was not friendly over the phone or in person. Dr. Charif seems very educated but the appointment felt rushed. I wish she would have spent more time discussing causes and treatment options with me. While she did answer my questions about treatment, she did not readily share information or discuss solutions. Although it took nine months for a new patient appointment, once you are established is much easier to get in. I have seen just about every dermatologist in stark county and Dr. Charif is the ONLY one Who took a biopsy, found out the exact type of psoriasis (every other dermatologist told me it was eczema), and treated it accordingly. After two check ups and a medicine change, it was completely gone.
New patients are being scheduled 8 MONTHS OUT...
