I wish there was a 0 star option. This was the worst routine visit of my entire life. I was a new patient and Dr. Johnson came in and basically immediately started talking to me like I was an idiot. Her beside manner is more than horrendous. I told her I didn’t take prescription medications but I do take vitamins and she went on a tangent about how those are medications, which fine I get it, but it seemed her goal was to just belittle me. Dr. Johnson is knowledgeable, and spends as much time as needed to answer questions. She is thorough and honest with her health care guidance. She is also pleasant and friendly.
Absolutely amazed with Dr. Johnson and the staff at North Georgia Family Medicine! She addressed my needs and concerns with care and professionalism and never once wrote me off as just another patient. I felt heard and validated in my diagnosis. Thank you, Dr. Johnson!
I wish my dog’s veterinarian would be my primary care physician, because my dog gets better quality of care than what I’ve received here. I have wasted so much money and time coming here only to have Dr. Johnson be dismissive of my back & neck pain symptoms. She needs to take some training courses on compassionate communication, because there’s clearly a lack of empathy being displayed on her end.
