Currently looking for a new office. Trying to get a prescription refill here is like pulling teeth. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a refill for my inhailer. Today I called to follow up and the office is closed. I’ll just sit here gasping for air while they do whatever their excuse is going to be.
I'm a patient of Dr margarita Wiersema. I tried to get her to x-ray more than left foot but she wouldn't do it. I really wanted my right arm and left arm and now my right foot needs something. I sprained it now trying to protect my left foot. I think she needs to listen to her patients
courtesy and caring are null and void throughout this practice. Even the lady in records refused to give her name and asked if I wanted to be transferred out when I ask for med notes concerning my diagnosis.
