I was a new patient here and I felt shamed and disrespected during my exam. The doctor has a loud voice that carries through walls and before even seeing me, she made a comment about the fact that I did not share my social security number to her office staff. Something about I must feel like an important person for not doing so. She made this comment in Spanish. I do speak English but I also speak Spanish and do like to speak it when I can.
