My mother is 81 and Dr Westin was her primary care for 30 years I believe. My mother is 81 and the only reason we aren't still there is because her insurance no longer covers it but she took great care of my mother.

I am an RN with 25 yrs experience & know Dr Westin in an excellent physician. Annual & semi-annual exams must be scheduled many months in advance. Remember, it is ALWAYS easier to get appts with less experienced doctors. Plan a longer time than is desired in the waiting room, as Dr Westin is thorough & deals with many pts who have multiple medical problems. For acute illnesses, the practice has an after hours clinic. The docs there have been extremely good, on the 2 occasions I have needed them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Westin for many, many years. You won’t be able to find a more thorough doctor. Great bedside manner and very caring.

Poor bedside manner. Failed to listen to symptoms at each visit. Confused about what she’s treating. Fails to prescribe adequate medication.

Dr Westin has been my doctor since 1991. She also listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly. Her computer was down at the beginning of my visit and was able to recal details regarding my prior visits even though I had not seen her in almost a year.

My wife and I have been seen by Dr. Westin for health needs for several years now. She seems to us to be an excellent, outstanding physician.

I saw Dr. Westin for more than 20 years. She is a good doctor & I like her a lot. However, during that time, the waits got increasingly longer & it became more & more difficult to get lab results, accurate & prompt prescription refills, call-backs, appointments, & responses in general. I'm wondering if perhaps the practice takes on more patients that they have the manpower to handle. I finally switched to another doctor & haven't been able to get Dr. Westin's office to transfer my records.

Over the past 2 years every single time i make an appointment im waiting at least an hour to be seen. No communication from the nurses just sitting like a lame duck. I found out in my waiting that she double & triple scheduling appointment times. My March annual exam didn't happen until May because i had to keep rescheduling after waiting over an hour. Today she misread my lab results after running them 3x & sent me to the ER for nothing! SO done!
