dr chang is a phenomenal physician. she has been treating me for six years and my eye has improved substantially she and her staff are friendly, personable, and considerate last year while having a health issue unrelated to my eye, when my other doctors were not helping me i asked dr chang about the problem. she reacted immediately, instigated testing, and within a month i was diagnosed and began pursuing treatment. if not for dr chang, i believe i would have gone without answers for an unreasonable amount of time dr chang g... read more
Dr. Chang was great during my surgeries. Her bedside manner will be topped by none, she takes the time to answer questions and explain what the surgery consisted of. I had a torn retina 4 times in 4 different places and when I was ready to give up she kept working and saved my eye, I'm to the point now where I have about the same vision in both eyes and am ready for glasses to be completely back to where I was before the surgery or even better. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang.
I have had a LOT of surgeries- Having said that, I found Dr Chang and her team to be EXCEPTIONAL! They are a KIND, WELL OILED MACHINE. Very efficient, TIMELY (a rarity in medicine!), professional, and VERY NICE. My surgery for my macular pucker was a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Surgery was fine but she has a horrible bedside manner & refused discuss an issue. A week after surgery when I told her my vision was now blurry and my night vision was gone she wouldn't talk about it & said I must have already had that condition since her surgery on me was fine. How insulting to suggest I wouldn't have noticed blurry vision and lack of night vision. I teach astronomy and certainly know my vision. Her assistant confirmed my vision was worse. She would not, and sent me away
