I couldn't find the office and was coming from out if town. The staff and doctor were so patient and stayed open for me,I really appreciated it
You can trust Dr. Chang to treat your eyes with knowledge, focus and empathy that gets results. She diagnosed and treated a serious eye issue quickly and within weeks I was back to full vision. The Retinal Consultants team is professional and efficient. They get you in and out of your appointments on time. Every chain in the link is strong. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and her colleagues.
I was greeted and seen right away. The staff performing the initial tests were friendly and courteous. Dr. Chang was prompt and very thorough in her examination. She detected a slight problem and was able to address in the same visit.
Dr. Margaret Chang is always kind and patient to answer any questions. She is very knowledgeable about my mom’s condition and provides good care with superb bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang ‘s investigation of the cause of my eye issue was very thorough and inquisitive— uncovering some issues that may have contributed to my problem.
I wish there was a zero rating. Dr Chang did not perform my eye surgery, however she was the Dr I had a follow up with the next day. I have never experienced such a lack of caring or concern from a physician. She barely spoke to me, did her exam and was out the door. No concern for how I was feeling or if I had any questions about my recovery. She brushed off specific instructions given to me by my surgeon . Not at all impressed and will not be seeing her again.
Dr. M. Chang is so professional and makes me feel so comfortable and she's trustworthy, and she provides the best medical care. IMO.
She's the best!.Sweet and makes me feel comfortable always.
