Dr Driscoll is an excellent doctor. The negative reviews focus on failures of the administrative staff which should be separate from a doctor's rating. I called today to make an appointment and had a quick and professional experience so that issue appears fixed.

Have been a pt at this practice for years. Called today to make appts for 2 daughters. On hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up. There are many more offices that I can schedule at without the hassle.
Been with Dr. Driscoll for quite some time, she's awesome! Every year when I make an appointment, I am usually put on hold for 20 or more minutes, currently been waiting 25 minutes to make an appointment. This is unacceptable business, don't understand how they can allow this, especially at an academic Medical Center.
