I see dr driscoll for my hs disorder shes really a great doctor
Have been a pt at this practice for years. Called today to make appts for 2 daughters. On hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up. There are many more offices that I can schedule at without the hassle.
Been with Dr. Driscoll for quite some time, she's awesome! Every year when I make an appointment, I am usually put on hold for 20 or more minutes, currently been waiting 25 minutes to make an appointment. This is unacceptable business, don't understand how they can allow this, especially at an academic Medical Center.
My Primary referred me for a cancer screening this is the 3rd time trying to get through to schedule an appt. On hold for 20+mins nagging me to death to use the "My Portfolio" . . . in other words don't bother getting to know the Dr it will be an in and out bill insurance hundreds of dollars SAD SMH
