Dr. Imundo is a very careful, detailed and experienced ophthalmologist. He performed cataract surgery on me after the muscular hole surgery. The number of eyeglasses was reduced to almost normal. He explained and guided me in detail before and after the surgery. As a Hong Kong Chinese, the surgery was very successful.
Probably the rudest and unfriendliest office workers I’ve ever encountered. Totally unprofessional!I’ve never received a hello on several visits and was treated as if they were doing me an enormous favor.In addition , I was verbally berated about a bill discrepancy while other patients were in the waiting room.The office is out and out dirty and outdated. The waiting times are ridiculously long.I surely will never return.
I have been a patient of Dr. Imundo for many years. He is a gentle, caring, friendly, knowledgeable professional who takes time to explain areas of concern to his patients. Highest recommendation.
